Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Club Manager in overseeing daily club operations, including team member onboarding and training.
  • Leading team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Modeling outstanding member service behaviors and coaching others to do the same.
  • Assisting with resolving employee concerns and providing backup staffing support as needed.
  • Managing inventory systems for cleaning supplies and ordering club supplies and retail products.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth.

You will also be responsible for promoting our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance, and showing support in their fitness journeys. Additionally, you will resolve member concerns, answer phones in a friendly manner, perform membership-related functions, and execute retail transactions accurately.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 9-12 months of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably supervising and leading a team.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to become CPR/AED certified.
