Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and service professionals to synchronize activities and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide crucial services for customers' homes and families, ensuring their plumbing needs are met.
  • Follow our proven process, from greeting customers to closing out service jobs, to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Computer experience and a pleasant phone manner.
  • A positive attitude and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 - 22.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience doing similar work.
