Radiological Technologist 3 CT General Procedures Position

We are seeking a skilled Radiological Technologist 3 to join our team at Providence Health Care. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of computed tomography (CT) procedures and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform special procedure examinations in CT, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
- Monitor patients during procedures, responding to any emergent situations that may arise.
- Operate computerized imaging equipment, ensuring that all technical results meet departmental standards.
- Facilitate the workflow of designated work areas, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
- Completion of an advanced specialty program in Computed Tomography.
- One year of recent, related experience, including supervisory experience and experience in radiology procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
