About the Role

The Subreddit Success team is responsible for empowering community founders to build and grow successful communities. As an iOS Software Engineer III, you will drive technical and product strategy, operations, and execution for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product and business strategy.
  • Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Participate in a team of engineers to improve developer workflows and mentor junior engineers.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of experience developing iOS mobile native applications at scale using Swift.
  • Expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
