Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced iOS Engineer III to join our Feeds/Business team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy and build novel products and features that our users will love.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Work with a team of thoughtful, fast-moving, and motivated engineers to build and maintain high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on product specs and mocks, and help mentor junior engineers on the team.
- Continuously learn and improve your technical and non-technical abilities.
- BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on, professional software development experience developing user-facing iOS mobile native applications at scale, using Swift.
- Expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as unit/integration/end-to-end testing, design documents, CI/CD, A/B testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with teams in a fully remote environment and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a bias towards action in fast-paced environments.
