As a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.

2. Assist customers in finding products, making purchase decisions, and resolving concerns.

3. Maintain a safe and clean sales floor environment by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.

4. Process merchandise, handle claims and returns, and identify high-shrink items.

5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

6. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.

7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Basic math skills and accuracy

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous retail or customer service experience

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to work a flexible schedule
