Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agent, Intervention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support, surveillance, and accompaniment to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and surveillance to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or physical disabilities
  • Accompany and animate individuals in a variety of settings
  • Assume moments of crisis, disorganization, or need for special assistance
  • Support intervenants and intervene physically when necessary
  • Conduct searches of individuals when requested
  • Observe and record individual behavior
  • Signal observations through significant reports to ensure continuity of treatment
  • Conduct security rounds at the establishment

Requirements

  • Pass a physical evaluation test
  • Pass an interview
