At the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB), we are seeking a Behavioural Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Behavioural Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, updating, analyzing, and assessing activities in a behavioural intervention/teaching program. This role will involve working with clients who are neurodivergent and collaborating with the Intervention Team, CMC staff, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans tailored to the needs of neurodivergent clients.
  • Collaborate with the Intervention Team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Work closely with CMC staff and external partners to achieve program goals.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of behaviour intervention plans.
  • Update and refine plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A background in behaviour intervention or a related field is essential.
