We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). This is a unique opportunity to work with clients who are neurodivergent and contribute to the development of effective behavioral intervention programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, update, analyze, and assess activities in a behavioral intervention/teaching program.
- Work collaboratively with the Intervention Team, CMC staff, and external partners to achieve program goals.
- Provide support and guidance to clients who are neurodivergent, ensuring their needs are met and their potential is realized.
- Strong understanding of behavioral intervention principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
