About the Role:
FUCHS Lubricants Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Services Administrator. As a key member of our global business, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct field trials to assess new product performance and provide detailed reports.
- Address technical issues and act as a liaison between customers and our lab.
- Work with sales on projects to identify new product needs and understand the competitive landscape.
- Specialize in industrial fluids and greases for various industrial segments and provide application input for new product development projects.
- Offer product recommendations, technical training, and provide technical solutions to support sales campaigns and proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in commercial and industrial segments, with roles in field service, technical sales, or lubricant management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laboratory tests.
