Facility Monitor

The Ville de Côte Saint-Luc is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Facility Monitor to join our team. As a Facility Monitor, you will be responsible for welcoming the public to our various indoor and outdoor recreational and sporting facilities, providing information about activities offered by the Parks and Recreation Department, and ensuring compliance with regulations concerning the conduct of activities and the use of facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to the public, answering questions and providing information about activities and facilities.
- Enroll participants in activities as needed, ensuring accurate attendance records are maintained.
- Compile attendance records for control purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure staff complete attendance sheets according to established guidelines and forward them to their supervisor.
- Conduct tours of premises and external sites to ensure compliance with regulations, taking necessary measures to ensure safety and maintenance.
- Provide first aid as needed.
- Report any anomalies observed during work to supervisor.
- Ensure availability of premises according to established schedules.
- Prepare basic reports as required.
- Secondary 3 Diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate in First Aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation from a recognized organization.
- No experience required, but any combination of education and experience deemed sufficient to perform the job.
- Bilingualism.
- Knowledge of regulations in force in various installations.
- Ability to maintain order, prepare basic reports, and demonstrate tact and courtesy.
