About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Om Sai Namah Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas, and maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and work under pressure.
