Food Service Associate

Clean and maintain our kitchen areas, handle customer orders, and perform various food preparation tasks as a key member of our Subway team.

  • Cleaning Duties:
    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
  • Food Preparation and Service:
    • Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
    • Package take-out food
    • Portion and wrap foods
    • Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
    • Take customers' orders
    • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
    • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
