Job Title: Security Officer - Loss Prevention

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer - Loss Prevention to join our team at Armour Security & Protection Services Corp. in Campbell River, BC. As a Security Officer - Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol assigned job sites to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Monitor and report security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activity.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires and medical emergencies, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
