Aya for General Contracting Corporation is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week. The work language is English. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.
