Job Summary

As a seasoned professional in the field of Treasury and Cash Management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing complex client relationships for RBC Capital Markets. Your expertise in cash management and relationship management will be essential in delivering innovative solutions to our clients and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase cash management revenue with large and multinational entities.
  • Manage relationships with high-value clients, providing comprehensive relationship management routines and innovative business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client strategies and generate prospect pipelines.
  • Deliver business advice and insights to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and market expertise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a bank relationship management, account management, or sales role.
  • University/College education.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash management products and emerging industry trends.
  • Superior impact and influencing skills to work at the senior management level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required.
