Business Development Manager

Caringpeople healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business growth strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and information to inform business decisions, and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote business growth and partnerships.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Youth Employment: Participate in programs that support youth employment, and develop relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
- Indigenous People: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, provide cultural competency training, and facilitate access to Elders for support and guidance.
- Mature Workers: Participate in programs that support mature workers, and develop mentorship programs to pair experienced employees with newcomers.
- Visible Minorities: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, provide diversity and cross-cultural training, and offer mentorship programs to pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
