Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team at KA Labour Contractors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and weeding.
  • Organize and direct construction projects, such as building decks and retaining walls.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
