Greenhouse Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team at KA Labour Contractors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
- Organize and manage landscape construction work, including requisitioning materials and equipment.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient project completion.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- English language required.
