Greenhouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team at KA Labour Contractors Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results.
- Organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and manage landscape construction work, including requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment are required for the job.
- Permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
