Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at RideCo. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and closing new customer opportunities, and growing existing client accounts, with public transit agencies and private fleet operators.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and Qualify: Research and contact high-quality prospects through various channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry trade shows.
- Educate: Understand potential clients' pain points and articulate our value proposition by providing presentations, product demonstrations, case studies, and relevant content.
- Build Partnerships: Develop relations with channel partners and secure local fleet partners that can participate with RideCo on bids for turnkey solution RFPs with municipalities.
- Grow Existing Client Accounts: Execute our land-and-expand business model, building relationships within existing clients across various departments and stakeholders, converting pilots into full-scale deals, and converting at-scale deals into even larger deals through expansion to new areas and use cases for the transit agencies.
- Collaborate: Engage with co-workers in the product and operations teams to address clients' questions and build proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Write Proposals: Build proposals tailored to client or RFP requirements, adapting our existing proposal templates and leveraging help from team members to build customer-specific financial and operating models.
- Win Deals: Coordinate all aspects of closing, including contract review, negotiating terms, and securing signatures.
- Proven track record in business development/sales in one or more of the following: enterprise software, SaaS, public transit, transportation services, management consulting.
- Willing and able to travel to client sites at least 35% of working time, as needed.
- Proposal writing experience preferably for large enterprise contracts or public-sector RFPs or management consulting.
- Management consulting or startup company experience is an asset.
- Education: Degree in business/marketing/economics or related discipline.
- Base Salary: $110K - $130K + performance-based bonus + stock options.
