Salary

We offer an estimated annual salary of $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience, to our Senior PCG/Tools Engineers. This compensation package reflects the high level of expertise and dedication required for this role.

 

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for developing procedural tools within Unreal Engine, working closely with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal tool performance. Your primary focus will be on building and enhancing PCG tools, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ease of use. You will also research emerging trends in PCG, tools development, and Unreal Engine to drive innovation in technology.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess at least 7 years of professional experience as a programmer within the games industry. Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine are essential. Experience with current-gen console hardware, geometric algorithms, and data structures is also highly desirable. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
