The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating and planning for office services, and preparing periodic and special reports. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff

  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Prepare periodic and special reports

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
