About the Role

Crew Chief Conversions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Priorities: Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met by prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Administrative Activities: Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Policies and Procedures: Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
  • Language: Work in English.
  • Hours: Work 35 hours per week.
