About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met. They will also coordinate and plan office services, assist in budget preparation, assemble data, and prepare reports.

This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Train staff members on new procedures and protocols
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Less than 7 months

Compensation and Benefits
