- Partner with Amer Sports Group and sister brands to share best practices and maintain collaboration on common goals.
- Define and direct forward-thinking metrics and ensure consistent, credible reporting on our sustainability initiatives and science-based targets.
- Develop and execute innovative sustainability strategies that position us as a leader in global sustainability practices.
- 15+ years of experience in leading brand sustainability programs, with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
- Advanced education in a focused area, such as sustainability or environmental management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies, with a strong understanding of chemical, materials, and product environmental impacts.
- Experience with complex project management, including coordinating multi-stakeholder interests and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
A competitive salary range of CAD$216- CAD$270,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
