Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Truck and Trailer Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability targets for the Truck and Trailer Department
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve departmental goals
  • Provide input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Assist in the management of branch account receivables

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred
  • Must be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
  • Confident decision making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
