We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable processes.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for scheduling work, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems in a fast-paced environment.

As a supervisor, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and assign work to team members, provide technical advice and guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling work and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management and stakeholders
  • Resolving work problems and providing technical advice and guidance to team members
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and identifying areas for process improvement
  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to achieve team goals

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
