About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
