The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Dean of Management. The Faculty of Management at Concordia University of Edmonton is comprised of the Mihalcheon School of Management and the Department of Information Systems Security and Assurance, offering a range of undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and diplomas.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in a related discipline, with a solid record of success as a teacher and researcher, and will qualify for an academic appointment with the rank of Associate or Full Professor. They will have a strong understanding of program development, review, and renewal, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse environment, and will have a proven track record of building relationships with external and internal partners. They will also have a solid record of building opportunities for potential sources of funding and support.
A highly competitive compensation package will be provided, including an attractive base salary and excellent benefits. Further details will be discussed in a personal interview.
