Dean of Management Position at Concordia University of Edmonton

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to fill the position of Dean of Management at Concordia University of Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a high standard of instruction, research, and community service in a collaborative environment, growing the diversity of our faculty, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership and vision for the Faculty of Management, comprising the Mihalcheon School of Management and the Department of Information Systems Security and Assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a high standard of instruction, research, and community service in the Faculty of Management.
- Grow the diversity of our faculty, staff, and students through recruitment and retention efforts.
- Build relationships with external and internal partners to identify opportunities for funding and support.
- Represent the Faculty of Management and Concordia University of Edmonton at national and international levels.
- PhD in a related discipline.
- Solid record of success as a teacher and researcher.
- Ability to qualify for an academic appointment with the rank of Associate or Full Professor.
- Experience in building relationships with external and internal partners.
- Knowledge of Concordia University of Edmonton's culture, opportunities, and stakeholders.
