Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and manage front desk operations effectively.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures for front desk operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage front desk budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
