Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Earl's Restaurant (Banff) Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Negotiate with clients for catering and event services
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field
  • ProServe certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
