Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Earl's Restaurant (Banff) Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
