Job Summary

Bower Energy is seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Mechanics Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and apprentices to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance and repair needs, and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
Requirements
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Oil Burner Mechanic (Residential) Red Seal Certificate.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate.
  • Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Valid driver's licence.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a 40-45 hour work week. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors, at heights, in cold/refrigerated environments, and in dusty and hot conditions.
