Job Title: Air Conditioning Mechanics Foreman/Woman

Bower Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Mechanics Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and apprentices
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with safety regulations
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Oil Burner Mechanic (Residential) Red Seal Certificate
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate
  • Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B
  • Basic security clearance
  • Valid driver's licence
