Job Title: Air Conditioning Mechanics Foreman/Woman

Bower Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Mechanics Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in our commercial and residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance and repair needs, and develop plans to address them.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Oil Burner Mechanic (Residential) Red Seal Certificate.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate.
  • Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Valid driver's licence.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors, at heights, in cold/refrigerated environments, and in dusty and hot conditions.
  • Willing to relocate for this position.

English.

Work Schedule:

40 to 45 hours per week.
