We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SkyCare Air Ambulance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience, and excellent written communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Providing information or services to employees
  • Preparing and posting notices and advertisements
  • Collecting and screening applicants
  • Advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Reviewing candidate inventories
  • Contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruiting graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
  • Coordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers
  • Advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinating termination of employment process

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Personal suitability, including accuracy, efficiency, and excellent written communication skills
