Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Strategic Real Estate and Land Development team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our Senior Executive Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our facilities management and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate, land acquisition, and facilities management
  • Oversee the management of financial resources to meet strategic and operating plans
  • Lead re-design and restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support strategic goals
  • Recruit and develop high-performing teams to drive operational excellence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree and/or professional designation in a relevant discipline, supplemented by 15 years of recent experience in senior management/leadership roles in a large multi-site organization. You will also need to demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership practices, and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners and external stakeholders.

You will also need to have a proven ability to define and amalgamate diverse organizational requirements, resolve issues, and develop long-range plans.
