Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Program Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leadership programs that drive business growth and talent development.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leadership development and program management. You will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership programs that meet the needs of our business and our employees. This will include developing program curricula, managing program logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leadership programs that drive business growth and talent development
  • Design and deliver program curricula that meet the needs of our business and employees
  • Manage program logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in leadership development and program management
  • Proven track record of success in leadership development and program management
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of our industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
