Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned leader who can motivate and coach a high-performing team of professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. As a Leadership Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing leadership programs that drive business growth and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leadership programs that align with business objectives
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business growth and talent development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a leadership or coaching role
  • Proven success in business growth and talent development
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
