Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Program Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership program that attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a leadership development strategy that aligns with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard high-potential leaders who possess the skills and expertise required to drive business growth.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, and other functional teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership program, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a leadership development or talent management role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing leadership programs that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
