Grafana Labs is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead the sales efforts in the Canada region. This role involves prospecting and closing new business opportunities, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience selling technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, and account management
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, and be able to convey their value to customers
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
  • 10 years of software sales experience
  • Experience prospecting into Fortune 100 companies
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with selling open source technology is a plus

The OTE compensation range for this role is $340,000-$360,000 CAD. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed. Compensation ranges are country-specific, and your recruiter will discuss your specific market's defined pay range and benefits at the beginning of the process.
