About the Role:

OLIVER is a leading agency that believes agencies work better inside a brand's organization. We're hiring an experienced Strategic Account Leader to join our team in Toronto and support a financial services client. This role will report into the Business Director and collaborate closely with the account, creative, and client teams.

As a Strategic Account Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the account team's efforts to deliver exceptional service to our client. You'll oversee social, digital, and video projects, ensuring their seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include receiving, assigning, and managing client requests, allocating them to the right team members.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation and produce monthly information reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all projects and their status using our workflow management technology.
  • Collect and report client feedback, addressing concerns or identifying growth opportunities with the Account Director.
  • Identify and troubleshoot workflow or asset management system issues.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 4+ years of experience working on social, digital, and video projects.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity, handling queries, and taking comprehensive briefs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, along with excellent administrative abilities.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of professional-level French is a plus.
