Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Terracon Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Commission systems and components
  • Coach
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
