Job Title: Project Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing project documents, coordinating meetings, and managing project schedules.
  • Assist with project planning, including developing project plans, identifying project risks, and creating project timelines.
  • Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project status updates and financial reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Administrative experience, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Construction/Restoration experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
