Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS Drywall LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, and recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers. This role will also involve hiring and supervising subcontractors, planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient project execution
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project needs
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure high-quality work
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones to meet project deadlines
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure project financial stability
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
