Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to fill the role of Lead Occupational Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and elevating Occupational Therapist services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and clinical mentorship to Occupational Therapists, oversee comprehensive onboarding processes, and foster continuous professional development.
  • Clinical Excellence: Oversee and maintain high standards of service delivery, review performance metrics, and address clinical challenges.
  • Business Development & Growth: Collaborate with Clinic Directors and Regional Directors to identify and execute strategies for expanding Occupational Therapist services.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Play a key role in recruiting skilled Occupational Therapists and fostering a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
  • Alignment with Organizational Goals: Ensure Occupational Therapist services align with Lifemark's organizational strategy and contribute to operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with leadership or mentorship responsibilities
  • Registered and in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
