Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation and recovery units, you will provide client care through focused assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to clients on our rehabilitation and recovery units
- Contribute to resident quality of life through provision of appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence
- Provide clinical supervision to support staff and students
- Perform other related duties as required
- Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
- Eligible for membership in CAOT
- AADL Authorizer is an asset
- Experience using occupational therapy in a clinical and/or continuing care setting is an asset
