Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Esso High Prairie. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
